That seems a little off to me. I thought about using it as a program for pullups since thats always been a difficult movement for me, but like..
I can do 12ish pullups max, so that program would have me starting out 5x5ish, which I couldn't do.
Pushups are a different movement to be sure, but just the way it converts your max number into sets seems funky to me.
Everyones different though, so eh.
