Submission Wrestling & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Classes for Beginners & Advanced
Tuesday Beginners Class from 6-7PM
Friday 6pm starts the stand-up portion for Beginners (Beginner kickboxing and Muay Thai) & 7pm starts the advanced MMA class
Muay Thai/ Kicboxing Technique Class
Friday 6pm-7pm
Ultimate Cardio Boxing Classes
***These classes are designed to work on your technical skill as well as your conditioning. They are available for the “every day” person to the seasoned fighter. However, there is no sparring. This class consists of various circuit drills and skill work to make your heart race and your body drip with sweat. This class is a great for getting in shape and losing weight. We have had several people lose 80-100lbs, taking these classes!
Monday & Wednesday 6- 7:30pm (class last 1 to 1 1/2 hours) Thursday is also very similar but is our more technical boxing class. Your heart will still race more their is more emphasis on technique at 6PM
Friday is also very similar but is our Muay Thai Class with a similar format at 6PM
Technical Boxing/ Kickboxing – NO SPARRING
***These classes are designed to work on your technical skill and are available for the “every day” person to the seasoned fighter. However, there is no sparring. Because of the circuit training, this class is also great for getting in shape and losing weight. We have had several people lose 80-100lbs, taking these classes!

Regular Boxing/ Kickboxing (For Competitors)
***Classes are divided for competitors and those who are there just to have fun and get in shape. The goal is to make everyone the best that they can be at whatever their goal is (weight loss, self-defense, competition, etc) and we realize that everyone does not have the same goal. Therefore, the classes are separated and often times the competitors will have their own schedules set for them
Tuesday Sparring 6-9
Friday 7PM During Advanced MMA (is not ever Friday)
Saturday (When Scheduled)
Open Gym (Able to work out on your own)
Saturday 1- 4pm (open gym) Sunday – 3-5 (open gym)
**Or anytime the gym is open and there is not a class scheduled where you are wanting to workout
Privates boxing lessons are available daily but must be requested ahead of time
