Regular Boxing/ Kickboxing (For Competitors)
 
***Classes are divided for competitors and those who are there just to have fun and get in shape.  The goal is to make everyone the best that they can be at whatever their goal is (weight loss, self-defense, competition, etc) and we realize that everyone does not have the same goal.  Therefore, the classes are separated and often times the competitors will have their own schedules set for them
 
Monday – Friday    5- 9pm
Saturday 1 2- 5pm  (open gym)
Sunday – No Boxing
Privates boxing lessons are available from 12 – 4 daily but must be requested ahead of time

Technical Boxing/ Kickboxing – NO SPARRING
