Cardio Boxing/ Kickboxing – NO SPARRING
***These classes are designed to work on your technical skill and are available for the “every day” person to the seasoned fighter. However, there is no sparring. This class consists of various circuit drills and skill work to make your boxing or kickboxing better, and this class is also great for getting in shape and losing weight. We have had several people lose 80-100lbs, taking these classes and you burn around 1000 calories an hour!

New people looking to do MMA are suggested to attend the other classes (BJJ, Muay Thai, etc) as they are part of MMA
